The oil change service at Auto Master includes the following steps:

1. Oil Condition Diagnosis and Transmission Check

At this stage, we conduct a comprehensive inspection to assess the oil condition and detect potential problems:

• Visual inspection: The technician checks the oil level, color, and consistency in the transmission. Changes in color (e.g., darkening) or the presence of metal particles indicate the need for urgent replacement.

• Oil smell assessment: A burnt or unusual odor indicates overheating and loss of lubrication properties.
