For a quality light spot on the road in bad weather, it’s better to choose 4300K or 5000K. For city or highway driving — 5500K, 6000K, and 6500K. Temperatures below 4300K are recommended only for fog lights, and above 6500K are ineffective
• Power consumption. This indicates how much energy the bulb uses, measured in watts. LED bulbs consume far less power than traditional ones.
• Beam angle. This defines the angle at which the bulb emits light. A narrower angle means a more focused light beam. LED car bulbs typically range from 120 to 180 degrees.
• Adapters. Many car models require special adapters for installing LED bulbs — including Volkswagen, Skoda Octavia, Ford Focus, and others.
• Cooling system. A cooling system affects not only the bulb’s size but also its performance. Powerful LEDs need strong cooling — typically a fan. No heat sink alone can manage a 30–40W bulb.
